At Elvessea Secret, we take great care in ensuring every product is crafted and packed with love, maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • If you received a wrong item, or

  • If the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement item.

 

 

 Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unworn.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The Order ID is included.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Panties

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie sets that include panties

  • Silicone bras

  • All accessories

 

 

 Shipping Details

  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us.

  • The replacement will be shipped once the returned parcel is received and verified.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 5000.
